Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Who we are
SySecurity is the security services practice operated by SysAlbania. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, and optionally the company and phone number you provide, along with the message itself. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent the submission arrived from.
We do not collect anything else through this website. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers on any page.
Why we collect it
The enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement. The IP address and user-agent are kept as an abuse signal so we can identify and block automated spam submissions.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a reply. We do not use enquiry details for marketing and we do not send newsletters.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Enquiry data is stored on infrastructure we operate and is not sold, rented, or passed to third-party marketing services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Where an engagement goes ahead, records are retained for the period required by our professional and tax obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Engagement data
Data gathered during a security engagement is governed by the contract and NDA for that engagement, not by this policy. Findings are shared only with the client who commissioned the work.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
